Summary of Responsibilities

Under supervision responsible for the timely and accurate handling of Urenco USA (UUSA) documentation or records, which includes processing documents through the electronic document management system (EDMS), along with the distribution, classification, and retention of documents and records.  Provide support to Information Services (IS) and other departments within UUSA to facilitate the routing and approval of all UUSA controlled documents and assist departments/vendors on submitting documents for processing.  Responsible for document preparation as well as scanning and/or indexing into the EDMS and processing for filing/storage.   

Education and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education:  High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience:  1+ years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or equivalent or higher, experience may substitute for degree
  • 3+ years of experience in an information management environment
  • 1+ years of experience implementing an NQA-1 records management and/or document control program
  • Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Certified Records Analyst
  • Certificate of Essentials of Records and Information Management (RIM) or Essentials of Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles issued by ARMA
  • Knowledge of information governance and/or management
Essential Skills:
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Time management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with ability to work to a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Basic knowledge of Documentum D2, Microsoft office products and Adobe or similar program. 
  • Established procedures will govern tasks, and adherence to these procedures is essential.

Job Details

  • Work Location:  Eunice, NM/Hybrid
  • Work Schedule:  Professional work schedule with minimal night/weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required.  Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed.
  • Travel Required:  10% of the time or less as required
  • Security Clearance Requirement:  CAA Access and an L or Q level security clearance
  • Emergency Response Requirements:  Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty could be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week.
  • Work Environment:  Radiological exposure expectations of < 100 mrem/yr. General Office, Plant Production Areas. This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.

Compensation starting at: $34659 - $94571 / year and up dependent on candidate.
