Primary Functions
-
Provides general administrative clerical support to departments and team members, as assigned.
-
Types and formats letters and other documents including letters to and from all state and federal agencies.
-
Prepares and maintains a log of all outgoing correspondence.

Schedules meetings including booking venue, inviting meeting participants and tracking member participation.
-
Provides intermediate level administrative support with financial activities such as reconciling expense statements, entering invoices into appropriate systems, matching vendor invoices to packing slips and matching invoices with purchase orders.

Inputs data into various tracking databases and logs.
-
Efficiently maintains files in a professional manner in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Maintains postings as required by federal regulations.

Requisitions office supplies and coordinates appropriate storage of supplies.

Mails and ships packages, as necessary.

Will be assigned department specific duties, depending to which department/team member(s) individual is assigned, such as custodian of records and assignment of evaluation numbers.

Performs other reasonable duties, as assigned. Must have intermediate level knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, database management, presentations and spreadsheets. (MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).

Compensation starting at: $64,659 - $76,069 / year and up dependent on candidate.
